Scheduling Your Cases

General Example (for most cases):

If we pick up on a Monday, we can deliver on the following Monday for a Tuesday seat appointment.

Exceptions:
• Procera
• Combination Cases
• Cases over six units

Pro-Cera crowns need 8 working days in-lab. (Please do not include day of pickup)

Please  note for schedule exceptions:

On any case involving porcelain inlays, onlays, and veneers in combination with a Pro-Cera, porcelain to metal, or gold crown, an additional two day turn-around time is required.  This applies only to combination cases.  Our nomal turn-around time will remain  the same.    

Please pre-approve any rush cases with the lab.

CROWNS FIT TO EXISTING PARTIAL

(3 day rush can be scheduled)

On cases where the crown we are fabricating is being made to fit a partial, we require a minimum of three full working days with the partial in the lab.  (We place this rush on cases involving partials for the doctor and patients convenience)  The finished crown and patient's partial will be returned at the end of the three days.

SHIPPING

We pay shipping both ways.  (Priority mail labels provided for your convenience. Cases willl be returned to you by Airborne, UPS or priority mail)  Please allow two extra working days each way for shipping
when scheduling seat time.

Know the code!
The State of Washington Administrative Code specifically states: "Items such as impressions contaminated with blood or saliva shall be thoroughly rinsed, placed in and transported to the dental laboratory in an appropriate case containment device that is properly sealed and labeled.

Each case we receive is disinfected immediately, and again upon completion for the protection of the doctor, staff, and the patient.  Please place thoroughly rinsed impressions, bites, etc. into a sealed bag  (Preferably heat sealed) and staple signed lab slip to the top, on the outside of the bag.
